These terms cover southsudgicpictures.com (including the FiCHUA quiz) and fichuafilm.com, which WONA Films Limited runs on behalf of South Sudgic Pictures. By using the sites, you agree to them. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

1. Our content

The films, videos, images, text, characters and quiz on these sites belong to South Sudgic Pictures and FiCHUA’s creators. Please don’t copy, sell or reuse them without our written permission.

2. Your quiz card

You are welcome to save your FiCHUA quiz card and share it on social media or with friends, for personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t edit it to mislead people or use it to sell anything. The quiz is just for fun: your result is not a statement about who you are.

3. The priority list

Joining the priority list gets you the premiere ticket link 24 hours before it goes public. It is not a ticket and does not guarantee a seat; seats are limited, and prices and availability are set by the ticket seller. You must be 16 or older to join. We may close the list once the link has been sent.

4. Using the sites fairly

Don’t use the sites or the contact form to send spam, harmful code, or anything unlawful or abusive, or try to interfere with how the sites work.

The sites link to services we don’t control, such as YouTube and Instagram. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.

6. No guarantees

The sites, the quiz and the priority list are free and are not essential services. We take reasonable care to keep them accurate, available and safe, but we provide them as they are and can’t promise they will always be error-free or online. We are not responsible for things outside our reasonable control, such as outages or changes at services we rely on (Wix, Vercel, Instagram, email providers or ticket sellers), or for where you choose to save and share your quiz card. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

7. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya handle any disputes; if you live in the EU or UK, you keep the consumer protections of your home country. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: info@fichuafilm.com.
